Adaptive reuse of the former home of the Brownell Bank, the renovation encompassed major exterior, interior and structural work over the three floors that now includes retail, offices and residential spaces. Located in the heart of Great Barrington, the building now houses Rubiners Cheese Mongers and Rubi's.
